Lok Kalyan International School, Sherghati has a vision to inspire, motivate and prepare our students for a fast-changing technological modern world by instilling critical thinking skills, worldly way of thinking, deep understanding of society and respect for moral values like truth, loyalty, honesty, kindness and dedication.
The future is digital and more open. The know-how required for our students to be successful in the future is very different from what was required in the past. The need to memorise and know formulas is becoming less and less critical, while practical knowledge with creativity and out-of-the-box thinking along with other leadership skills has become much more important. Seeing how these are important, such skills need to be instilled in children from an early age, so it doesn’t just remain a skill but becomes an integral part of the student’s personality and attitude.
I am a true believer that education and a value system with the right attitude can set a child on the path to success that may have no boundaries and limits. During the upbringing of a child, we are often pleasantly surprised, revelling in their achievements that are beyond their young age. I believe that children have limitless potential and talent in them, all that is needed is a small help to unleash and unlock it. At Lok Kalyan International School, Sherghati, which is our first school, this is the very foundation on which we have built the complete curriculum, which is aligned with CBSE and leverages all the good points from the New Education Policy from the Indian government. With my own experience of education in India and Europe, we would like to make Lok Kalyan International School, Sherghati, an institution for Sherghati people to be proud of, creating great thinkers and creators who will set a new benchmark in the society.
